Yes, I can imagine that to be the case. It still needs arranging into a tune though, that's why I only ever use arrangement view.

For me the recorder is the arrangement view. Song mode exists (where you chain patterns) but I find it more limiting than changing them on the fly

I used arrangement view in live to make the baresounds mix

Yep, same here. It's a bit limited but the only option I had.

Makes it super easy. Live definitely has the ease of use factor
