The real estate number is such bullshit.
They let people take on infinite debt and banks issue infinite loans for real estate.
In most places it's easier to get a home loan for +5x your annual gross income than a credit card or personal loan for 0.1x, and don't tell me it's because they have collateral in the home.
No banks want property they all just want a massive loan book.
