interesting but not a fan of the idea of giving miners responsibilities, especially ones not involving self interest

Yeah I get it, I don't see this use case as one that the public would use but could be an option for mining pools that have to conduct payouts with its members in a way that could be cheaper or more efficient than constantly adding on-chain to each user
