I have a set like that, but I bolstered the palm side with hockey tape, in use it’s pretty hard on the bones and tendons in your hand. Who needs carpel tunnel after knocking someone’s teeth out? Lol. 😁

Yes that would be one, but if one doesn’t have those you could fill your fist with anything.
