Very, best wild game I’ve had TBH!
Not sure if Ostrich is considered wild, they're farmed.
But definitely tasty meat!
Last time I at Ostrich jerkey it took a month to get the flavor out of my mouth....
That's not good, was it butcher or supermarket made?
