There is a strong relation between overall activity in the so-called Bitcoin community and the BTC-fiat price.
And when the tide recedes, you just see that many were swimming naked (aka the LARPers).
They just move on to the next thing, but of course always have some really well sounding explanations (McCormack, Nic Carter, etc). Few are actually in it for the Freedom
