The bounty offer was clearly subjective and deliberately so. You could have asked what defined "nice UI" before you wasted those 20 minutes of your life or not bothered at all with the bounty.
No one forced you to work for 20 minutes on something you didn't care about.
Next time might help to pay the API/logic and pay for the UI as a separate steps, to reduce risk
