Most if not all of them, yes.
Profiles are easy to download.

I find this mildly hard to believe.
How would any client even know about all the relays that exist? And reach out to all of them all with a search query.
Relay urls are placed as hints on Nostr events. A client can just collect them all. Every if you are using a hidden relay, something always leaks.
Too bad.. Would be nice to have his posts available when they shut down his Twitter acc.
