Only individuals can use ₿itcoin. Institutional and government ₿itcoin is frozen and not of use other than increasing the scarcity for individuals. It’s glorious.
They are in the process of creating two types of bitcoin.
Wild or retail type bitcoin and locked up institutionalized bitcoin.
The one in the wild will be much more valuable.
