Unfortunately this is not true. Eth is the fiat system in crypto form complete with proof of stake, cbcds (USDC), and all sorts of devious tricks to try to suck the blood out of Bitcoin. It's owned by jp Morgan which is run by Jamie dimon who in turn is the main shot caller for the ny fed which in turn runs the federal reserve system ffs. You do not hate eth enough. But as far as ideological floors; they absolutely exist but not in the sense your thinking.
