What happens first? Prices correct more than 30% or Rates get cut to less than 4 % on a 15 year fixed?
Personally, I think the price correction. But, both will probably happen within a short time horizon.
I personally believe to real estate crash will happen Q2 of 2024, J Pow cuts rates 5 -> 4 -> 3 -> 1 from April to December, and we see fresh stimmie checks 8 weeks before the election
