Sleeping 8+ hrs is a mirage for me π₯².. getting to 7 is already hard, and never all in one, I do wake up and turn billions of times.

only time I ever wake up is if Iβm super thirsty or got to pee, if i were to wake up for no reason id prob be so pissed about it i doubt im going back to sleep π
