The videos that you upload to YT are automatically compressed to a size well below 100mb.

Using an app like Newpipe, you can download the video (this weeks Toxic Saturday @ 1080p is 40.78mb), then go to the download section of Newpipe and save that to your phones internal storage, then upload to Nostr.

That's one way. I'm a subscriber to BU, love the content.
