Have a look at https://dnscry.pt/, they offer DNSCrypt, DoT and DoH. I prefer DNSCrypt because it has https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-protocol/blob/master/ANONYMIZED-DNSCRYPT.txt
