I'm not sure about the out of bounds transactions though. Seems like a myriad of issues down that rabbit hole.

The inscribers will eventually run out of money.. Bitcoin lives on.

In Dune, the Harkonen attacked and defeated the Atreides with wealth, actually the Baron recognized that. Malicious users can attack systems if they are wealthy enough to do so.

That's true if profit is the motivation. if you want to attack bitcoin, with a budget of 75 million (comparable to the costs of 25 cruise missiles) you can shut down payment traffic on the blockchain for months.

They're still ruining the use-case of the Lightning Network, which is ultimately how BTC reaches mass adoption. BTC cannot be a global P2P monetary network without a functional 2nd Layer...
