I was consulting in a big company years ago and got in elevator smiling and saying GM. Big elevator, maybe 20 people. Started moving, looked at faces and just said “seriously if you hate being here so much, quit your jobs and get a life. There’s no point in passing every day as miserable as you all look”. Was t uncomfortable for me though
