Maybe https://www.xapobank.com/ works in Japan. They support lightning withdraw.
Looks like there is no way to deposit yen so unless you have GBP, USD, Euro, or stable coins it wouldn't help us.

Maybe you can buy stablecoins on exchanges with yen and deposit on Xapo.
Too much hustle, not worth it. In the end the exchange rate will be a robbery! 🐶🐾🫡
