Time to start freezing some of these chile piquin peppers for the winter. This season i have an abundance of these, and i'll be using them to make salsa during the winter. Some of them i'll dry first, then grind up in the coffee grinder to make a pepper powder. #homesteading #SavingTheHarvest

I usually wait till they turn red because they are easier to pick than when they're green.
