Russia's FSB claims to have foiled a Ukrainian plot to attack a railway in Crimea, detaining a 29-year-old man who allegedly planned to set fire to railway equipment. The FSB has charged the man with secretly cooperating with a foreign state and attempted terrorism. Ukraine has not commented on the allegations.
