Did you know that your wallet may be compatible with BIP-21's Unified QR-codes? Most of the mobile wallets are compatible with it only in one direction. This is the reason you may not know about this feature yet.
Unified QR-codes is pretty simple but powerful feature. It gives you the ability to create QR-codes with both, on-chain and Lightning addresses. The sender will choose between them depending on:
• If his wallet can scan Unified QR-codes
• If his wallet supports the Lightning component of the code
• If his wallet can send funds in both networks (sometimes there is on-chain or lightning only wallets so it's not relevant for them to give a choice)
Here is a list of the most popular wallets (in my opinion) who support BIP-21 Unified QR-codes.
