It occurs to me that the word ***misgender*** is a classic example of doublespeak. It's always used to shame someone who actually correctly identifies and declares the correct pronouns of a person seeking to misrepresent their own.

##### Don't help spread disinformation. Don't misgender a man even if he is dressed as a woman.

Double speak was designed to create an "idea desert" so people are incapable of thinking.

What we have today is tyrrany of the mentally ill where a sector of society is to live in fear of admitting what they know is true and must participate in the delusion in order to be accepted by polite society.

Not only did crime spike and remain high when they did away with mental institutions (thanks allot Jack Nicholson), but now society is bending to the will of the insane.

I both agree with you that misgender is double speak and disagree that you should refer to a man in a dress as he. Calling someone who obviously wants to be referred to as she a he is disrespecting her wishes. It’s the they I don’t think is necessary. Dress as you wish to be addressed, and save your they stuff for the bedroom, a place I won’t be with you, so there is no necessity for me to know or care.

# Doublespeak

Doublespeak is thought control. It's a form of brain washing. When you engage in it you are reprogramming your brain to accept the assertion or premise without a logical foundation.

Suddenly, you cannot answer simple questions like, _What is a woman?_ without suffering intense cognitive dissonance.

It may seem impolite, but it's harmful to engage in Doublespeak. Your succumbing to peer group pressure and becoming divorced from reality.

Besides, pronouns are not an issue of preference? But a description of reality.

And until 5 minutes ago, everybody understood that.

I insist that you use my preferred pronouns:

American/patriot 🤟🏼

Mine are Lord, and Milord.😜

I agree with everything you said. Pronouns are an expression of reality, and I’ll call it as I see it. Somebody with a beard and a mini skirt equals a person who is pulling a stunt to get attention. It’s she and he and unless we’re getting busy, I don’t care what’s between your legs, or what you say you identify as. I guess I’m old and stuck in my ways. So be it.

I doubt that genes can be dressed up in anything other than what they are.

A person is entitled to alter own shape but not entitled to deceive others.
