I agree - it's been #1, and probably the only product management book I've been recommending to the people anywhere within even just striking distance of some product development.
- great methodology & vocabulary to start using for the teams
- short, easy to read and navigate
- helpful visuals
The quality of the (copy)writing of all the Basecamp folks is something to strive for.
