You can use snapscan (QR code) and just pay in any currency they have listed, BTC should be one of them.

AFAIK nothing is banned so even p2p works, or an exchange or zapper/snapscan

Need to stack everything we can mate but if am heading over having drained every cent of fiat, gonna need to find some way to pay for my Biltong and dry wors addictions!

Yeah easy enough to use. Just have to say you're paying by QR code then scan it using zapper or snapscan apps, then it should show a list of currency, and you can pay in that. It's not just BTC, but like xrp eth etc.
