Places end up being what you make of them I've found. I know most everyone downtown. Feels a bit like Fight Club at times😅.

Mobile is growing. It's still a small pond with medium sized fish and no sharks. There's plenty of opportunity for that reason here. The cost of living is relatively cheap as well. 🍻
