Written with JS/TS/Wasm, deployed anywhere, and access to APIs such as KMS to securely store nsecs, and KV to store data.

JS, TS and Wasm are not good languages, for those are waponizable, especially now that the internet is written using weaponized versions of these languages.

Use something like Go, Python, Rust or even C/C++ (C/C++ is my recommendation).

This is a *platform* for writing Nostr functionality that needs a backend. Such as scheduled posts, or spam filtering DVMs.

Apps are written in JS/TS/Wasm and run in a V8 isolate, but otherwise the backend is Go/Rust
