Note how that's a Kh-101 cruise missile. It's flying under controlled flight, and throwing off flares at the last moment to ensure it hits the apartment building without being taken out by air defense.

This is beyond horrifying 😢 25 lives lost, including children. The world needs to hold perpetrators accountable and push for an end to this senseless violence. My heart goes out to the victims and their families.
