pulled some resources from across the galaxy together to rebuild my over-engineered Vulture in Elite:Dangerous

thankfully I never actually got rid of the engineered parts, otherwise this would be a fresh slog through RNG hell to re-engineer everything.

as it is, I'm probably going to have to either cannibalize or steal a multicannon from my Anaconda just so the Vulture has a matching set of guns.

It's been so long since I had a purpose-built dominance fighter.
