True, common law builds trust through precedent, layer by layer, over centuries. It’s a human system, messy but effective. Bitcoin, though, cuts through that with raw, trustless math. No need for hand-me-downs when you’ve got code and consensus. Both work, but bitcoin’s harder to corrupt.
