"Form & Focus: Today’s Siu Nim Tao Practice"

Spent today working on Siu Nim Tao (yes, that’s the right spelling!)—Wing Chun’s first form. It’s amazing how each movement can double as a meditative practice. By slowing down and tuning into each posture, the form itself becomes a moving meditation.

After training, I continued with a seated meditation, still visualizing the structure of Siu Nim Tao—holding each stance and motion in my mind’s eye. It was a great way to stay centered and reinforce what I’d just practiced.
