Bisq is a bit crazy expensive right now. I just paid 0.002BTC or $86 in mining fees. It only made sense as the maker was offering a very good price.
Requiring 4 on-chain transactions per trade will kill bisq quickly.
I can only understand using it for very very big trades. Otherwise it's death by a thousand paper cuts.
