Ah,circadian rhythms…I hadn’t thought that.

I have no idea hat time to get up, but personally I think about 3 hours of sleep is best.

3 hours for every 24, or are you doing polyphasic sleep?

Just a little. Even I’m not feeling stressed,I’m still getting little sleep. Maybe I’m a short sleeper.

How long…umm…I guess for about 10 years.
