I can't believe Western people use western media to inform themselves about the #arab case in the matter Israel vs Palestine.
Making an analogy, in the legal system the due process of law requires that the 2 parts have the right to present their case, contradicting each other argumentations, proofs and witnesses.
Now, Western countries are allies of Israel. What is the crazy idea that I should read their media on the issue? It's like going for the lawyer of John to hear about the case of Mike on the case John vs Mike. I should go to Mike's lawyer, not John.
When I hear the layers of Israel (Westen Media), all I hear is: Palestinians are bad, they deserve to die, I came First, and they want my destruction. The best they can say about the case is
Some years ago I read the lawyers or Palestine (Al Jazeera) and the story they present is much easier to understand and has much more logic. Also talking to Palestinian people here on #nostr one guy showed their claim: people who got kicked out from their property since 1948 wants their property back. This is a much better statement then what we read from Israeli lawyers (the Western media) that they just want to destroy Israel.
So, if you want to know about the Arab case, read Arabic media, not western.
From Wikipedia:
""Audi alteram partem" is considered to be a principle of fundamental justice or equity or the principle of natural justice in most legal systems. This principle includes the rights of a party or its lawyers to confront the witnesses against them, to have a fair opportunity to challenge the evidence presented by the other party, to summon one's own witnesses and to present evidence"
