I'd earned some of their token, so with nothing to lose I downloaded exodus, created an account on bittrex and learned to transfer the LBC to the exchange, convert it to bitcoin and send it to exodus.

After that I learned how to use my own fiat.

Still cooked up my second transaction by sending it to a non-segwit address on exodus not supported by bitrex but that's the cost of learning.
