His second point is hilariously stupid. Anyone can write a jpg into a block. That doesn’t make it scarce! If we both write the same image into a block how will we adjudicate the rightful owner? That’s right, through litigation - litigation controlled by external centralized legal structures and entities who supposedly claim they have authority over the rights. No, he is correct. In ETH you can mint infinite JPEGs in each ERC-20 token contract. In Bitcoin you can only mint 1 inscription per sat (scarce) within the limited bitcoin blockspace - there is a cost to production of each asset. this does mean that the speculative potential is reduced a LOT! So a big fuck you to 10k jpeg scammers.
