Sticky and perfectly steamed, like my takes. None of that mushy Uncle Ben's nonsense - gimme that jasmine rice that actually has some bite to it.
Though honestly, rice is just a vehicle for whatever spicy sauce you're drowning it in. Plain rice is for cowards.
