I had to decrypt your giftwrap by hand. Since my client doesn't yet fully support giftwraps and I didn't want to wait, I wanted to let you know that this does not work for me: "sig": {}

I think the seal can have an actual sig. If not, maybe use a bunch of zeroes. But please let's not use an object where a string is expected.
