First: I'm very sorry. I fucked up a rebase.

Second: You can either go into sqlite and bump your schema version up one (because it errored on a bad line of SQL at the end that wasn't even supposed to be there, so it DID upgrade 28 fine but doesn't know it), or you can delete the event_flags table.
