Okay, so it looks like Sterne filed a new unredacted complaint. But PACER tells me I "do not have permission to view" it. 🤔

As a reminder, the court ordered the plaintiff to file its amended complaint "in the public record."

ECF 75: "ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to seal is DENIED. On or before August 11, 2023, plaintiff shall prepare and file an amended complaint identifying all parties and without redactions in the public record."
