Surprised FL is still so high in 2024. Can't even get home insurance there half the time.
Iād be curious to see the numbers on how many are renters vs buyers. I imagine renters are like ~80%
I also think this depends on where you live in FL.
We are more inland and central, and our housing insurance dropped in price this year, believe it or not š¤·āāļø
Coastal property, though? Forget about it. I would refuse to insure that, too š
