6 MONTH CHALLENGE 💪🏼

I'll pick three of this to start of my April right 😉 It takes around 21 days to form an habit so by the end of April I hope to have these habits implemented into my life!

-get at least 9 hours of sleep (I'm a woman I need way more than 7 hours 😅)

-read for 30 minutes daily

-reduce screentime

As for me positive affirmations, gratitude & consistent workout
