Also, 6-12 months ago, it was still a bunch of scriptkiddie stuff. We're now working on stuff like distributed file systems, browsers, source control, IDEs, encryption libraries, publishing, machine learning, data modeling, and operating systems.
And we're trying to produce professional quality.
It's a totally different landscape, now.
