It means there are no mirroring or replication tools yet 😉

You can still back up your data and respawn on any other homeserver.

A mirror is a redundant server offering the same data. Replication is automatically copying that data across a network of subscribers.

You could also make your own mirror or replication tools.

The docs are simply noting we haven't made those things ourselves yet, not that they are impossible.
