Macadamia is a great, slick UI for just the basics.

Cashu.me has more functionality, but still very good UI. This is the way to go if you want NWC for sending zaps. (also, if you want to incorporate a free npub.cash lightning address to have payments auto-converted into cashu - even when you're offline).
