Hello jack, I was one of the first two political bans from Twitter. My name is Andrew Auernheimer, and I set federal precedent for every user of the Internet that the article II protections of the United States Constitution still apply to people using the Internet. You can read about this case here:

I forged this precedent with my own flesh, in that I was kidnapped and tortured extensively by the government for years, and imprisoned under false pretenses. The government hid behind their immunity, so all I got out of this at the end was a small following on social media. I was also banned from the financial system entirely. Banks, crowdfunding platforms, and financial exchanges all declared me some sort of reputational risk upon leaving prison, even though I was exonerated, so I made paid my bills crowdfunding Internet content for small small audience on Twitter. I literally had nothing else to do. My pinned Tweet was “The thing I missed most in prison was Twitter.”
When Twitter banned me, I lost my entire livelihood. I had no warning and they didn’t even tell me the offending Tweet. I was banned for being an early and public supporter of Donald Trump, in December of 2016, alongside Milo Yiannapolous (Milo became a federal informant by his own admission in 2018, and was brought back to Twitter in the current era. I am still not allowed to use the service.)
This probably isn’t important to you, a complete footnote in your life, but you took literally everything from me. Here’s a picture of me with my daughter in Kharkiv, the city of her birth, in a park that was bombed by Putin alongside our house. Just so you can maybe see the human element of the children whose future prosperity you took.
