I’ve come across these stats Today, I’m one of these numbers… It feels very personal now, although it isn’t really. I was a top performer! In this time and age it doesn’t matter how much you perform or work. You will be replaced or laid off at some point. Is that the life we want? It’s not gonna get any better from here… Do we really have no control on it? 🤯
