I was at my best fitness when I had this for breakfast every day.

1# bacon cooked medium

6 eggs cooked in bacon grease

2 slices of sourdough with butter

1-2 avocado with salt and pepper

It was when I started listening to my doctor about the cholesterol BS that I wavered and "tried to eat healthier". Then I put on the pounds.
