I'm using Amethyst. Is there a way to make a specific algorithm my default feed, such as the one per follow algo?

Amethyst has the DVM marketplace where you can select any dvm as a feed but not set as default as far as I know.
However you can toggle read/write/global etc on the relay settings. By only including specific relays and selecting global/follows from the top of the default feed screen, you can specify which relay you would be seeing content and npubs.

I use the DVM quite a lot. I think a good feature would be defaulting to a DVM as your startup feed.
