As I understand it, this particular policy actually did manage to stop some pretty bad spam back in the day.
The same attack is being used now so.....
Nope. The AI chatbots being used right now are writing custom notes every time they post. They are putting quite a bit more thought into each post than you were. It's too bad the AI's fine tuners and prompt engineers did such a shitty job.
