I tried a Japanese vegan restaurant, Holistic Bio Cafe Veggy Way, in #Sapporo at noon today. And that is the second time I have tasted #vegan #ramen in #Japan. The taste differed slightly from #Tokyo, but it was still delicious. It seemed that the plant meat🍃🥩 was made from mushrooms, and it seemed to be marinated with lemon juice first, which made it taste very refreshing.
The soy milk ice cream🍦 was also exceptional as it seemed slightly fermented initially, giving it a flavor similar to yogurt. When the ice cream melts in your mouth and you swallow it, you can feel the taste of soy milk.
