Korean side dish , great with rice.
I enjoy this dish when I don't have an appetite, because of it's delicious flavor.

## Ingredients
- 8 oz Large Dried Anchovies
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 5 Shishito Peppers (Optional)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic (optional)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Corn Syrup
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds (optional)
## Directions
1. Prep 8 oz Large Dried Anchovies by removing the guts of dried anchovies (belly area of anchovies)
2. Use the dried meat of anchovies parts that you saved,
3. Pan fry dried anchovies with 3 tbsp Olive Oil .
4. Add in Shishito Peppers & minced Garlic (optional) . Mix.
5. Add in 2 tbsp Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste) , 3 tbsp Sugar , & 3 tbsp Corn Syrup . Mix.
6. Add in 2 tbsp Sesame Oil. Mix
7. Top with sesame seed (optional) . Enjoy!
